There are many Hidden Heroes who challenge traditional thinking and approaches. These changemakers are determined to improve livelihoods, increase accountability, provide access to health services or improve education. They venture into unknown territories to address the social or environmental challenges. They often do that against all odds and conventional wisdom. And in many cases, they are the ones who bring the real change.

Hidden Journeys introduces guests to inspiring social entrepreneurs, to learn about how they are tackling some of the biggest challenges in this country with innovation, creativity and determination. Guests hear their stories and see the impact of their work on the ground so that they gain a deeper understanding of intelligent solutions that are improving people's lives in Nepal.

Our Glimpse Tour incorporates different issues like income generation, environmental or heritage protection, human rights or accountability. Guests visit 4-6 venues and enjoy lunch at very special locations. We also offer specific tours which focus on certain sectors or issues like agriculture, women leaders, technology for development, health, education and others. These tours also incorporate about 4-6 site visits.

Along with meeting the Hidden Heroes at their offices and providing the opportunity to discuss challenges, successes, business models, etc., every journey touches upon cultural, social, environmental and political aspects of the places being visited.

Networking events are organized in the evening to create an interactive open forum for learning and sharing through reflections of the guests' experiences and impressions. Guests also grow their network of like-minded people and often change their perspectives about business, development and aid.
